Shipping Policy

The cost of delivery is £2.99 per order via Royal Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery for orders from £20 and over will be free.

All orders will be sent within 1-2 working days after receipt of the order providing items are in stock and not on backorder. You will be notified in any event should there be delays.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided in the event that the item is not suitable. Please check the return policy for the terms and conditions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

FitHealthy&Fabulous will accept returns within 14 days of orders being placed. All items need to be in the original packaging and any labels and tags to be intact for a full refund. A copy of the return receipt needs to be provided. If you wish to exchange an item, the original item will need to be returned first before the exchange will be sent out.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings, underwear or swimwear where the protective film has been removed. Neither do we accept returns for beauty and skincare items that have been used.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs by using the contact page or email FH&F and provide your order number. Alternatively, if you have an account, go to your profile at the top of your screen, go to shop and then under the order you will be able to add a note and submit.
