Salmon with Jumbo King Prawns and Shirataki Noodles

This is one of the ideal dishes that is very easy and quick to make, especially if you are pressured for time. It is super healthy and very filling due to the proteins and good fats it contains. If you have salmon or prawn leftovers, this is a great way to russle up a healthy and satisfying meal. Also ideal if you are on a carbohydrate restricted or keto diet.

- Deep Frying Pan or wok, A deep frying pan or wok is best when cooking with sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp 100% Raw Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 400 gr Cooked Salmon
- 150 gr Jumbo King Prawns
- 1 tbsp Tomato Pesto
- 300 ml Creme Fraiche
- 2 packs Shirataki Noodles (<-Buy Shirataki Noodles on Amazon by clicking on link)
- 1 bag Fresh or couple of cubes Frozen Spinach
- Preparation: 10 min
- Cooking: 10 min

Instructions
- Fry the prawns for 1 minute on each side in the coconut oil
- Add the creme fraiche
- Stir in the spinach until the spinach is reduced. If you use frozen spinach, until heated up
- Rinse the noodles under cold water, drain and stir into the pan
- Flake the salmon and add to the pan and stir until heated
- Add salt, pepper and tomato pesto. Serve immediately
